Thank you for choosing DailyGoal.fit. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please take a moment to read them carefully.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our application, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the application. By submitting content, you grant DailyGoal.fit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content in connection with providing and improving our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DailyGoal.fit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so.

API Clients and Connected Apps

The DailyGoal API lets scripts, AI agents, and other apps act on your account, either with an API token or as a connected app that you approve. It is available while you have paid access, including a free trial. If your paid access ends, the API refuses requests until you subscribe again. We limit how many requests and changes each account can make through the API.

A program you connect can read, add, change, and delete your data. A change it makes has the same effect as the same change made in the app, including on streaks, badges, and goal progress. Activity by an API token or connected app you set up is activity under your account. Anyone who has your API token can use your account through the API. If you think your token has been exposed, regenerate or revoke it in your settings.

Apps you connect are provided by third parties under their own terms. DailyGoal does not control them. Our Privacy Policy explains what data connected programs receive and how to revoke their access.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DailyGoal.fit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by DailyGoal.fit and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

DailyGoal.fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DailyGoal.fit at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of DailyGoal.fit after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
