Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
DailyGoal subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel your subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find DailyGoal in the list and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions directly at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've reinstalled the App or switched devices and your Pro subscription isn't showing, go to Settings within the DailyGoal app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription. If the issue persists, contact us at admin@dailygoal.fit.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, open the DailyGoal app and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please note that account deletion is permanent and all your data (food logs, workout logs, body composition data, goals, and profile information) will be permanently removed. If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it first through Apple to avoid future charges.
HealthKit sync issues
If your health data isn't syncing properly between DailyGoal and Apple Health, try the following:
- Open the Settings app > Health > Data Access & Devices > DailyGoal and ensure all relevant permissions are enabled.
- Force-close the DailyGoal app and reopen it.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS.
- Check that the DailyGoal app is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, contact our support team with details about what data isn't syncing.
Push notification issues
If you're not receiving notifications or want to change your notification settings:
- Go to iPhone Settings > Notifications > DailyGoal and ensure notifications are enabled.
- Within the DailyGoal app, go to Settings > Notifications to customize which types of notifications you receive (morning reminders, streak reminders, milestones).
- Make sure Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode isn't blocking DailyGoal notifications.
Login / authentication issues
DailyGoal uses Apple Sign-In for authentication. If you're having trouble logging in:
- Ensure you're using the same Apple ID you originally signed up with.
- Check that you have a stable internet connection.
- Go to iPhone Settings > tap your name > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple and verify DailyGoal is listed.
- Try restarting the app or your device.
- If you chose to hide your email with Apple Sign-In, your account is linked to your Apple ID — make sure you're signed into the correct one.

Found a bug? We appreciate you helping us improve DailyGoal. When reporting a bug, please include the following information to help us resolve it quickly:
- A description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (found in Settings > General > About).
- The version of DailyGoal you're using (found in the App's Settings).
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if applicable.
